Martin Stepanek as my coach

Martin Stepanek has succeeded with his business and everything is going great for him, I´m happy for him and wishes him all the best with his business, freediving and life.
I am thankful that he´s finding time to help me with the coaching and I know that he´s the right person to help me to step up the training and progress to another dimension. He has so much knowledge with training and diving, I think not many do have.

Martin made me realize how important it is to listen to my body and that rest are very important, but to train smart and right as well. This thinking.. I used during Triple Depth 2009 - it´s thanks to Martin and one of the keys that I manage to achieve good results.
The other coach I had was Sara Campbell and she was great to have on site, she helped me with many things during my time there and a big reason to my success as well.
Now some of you wonder why I had 2 coaches – well of 3 reasons. First I needed someone on site, Sara was in Dahab and Martin was on the other side of the continent. The second reason was that I contacted Martin a bit late, just 1 month before my trip to Egypt and the only thing he could help me in this short notice were to start thinking in the right way.. And the third was - I missed the appointment with Martin via skyp, mixed up the time with Sweden, Egypt and Usa. So I had to make the best of the situation.

I am grateful that I quitted my work at the airport and that I was strong to say no when they wanted me back. Don’t get me wrong.. I did like my work and the colleagues over there, but it was devastating for my health and the work at the ramp was far away healthy. Even Martin tried to make me to understand this..

But like everything else in life – things has it reason and new ways in life will open up :)

I´m happy and grateful  for his kindness to help me and making this happen, it will be very interesting to see where it will take me this year and in the future. I know and I believe deep in myself that I have a promising future in head of me.

Thanks Martin for willing to help me!!
