My training is going as planned and I feel strong for this year's event.
Last month I shifted from basic training to more specific training in the gym, swimming pool and has also begun Co2/O2 table.
My daily workout consists of two days at the gym, two days in the pool, two day static and daily stretching. In June, I also start diving in open water.
My secret behind my good shape is good exercise and rest, have tried to find my way to train and develop myself in recent years. But I am always on the lookout for more knowledge and have the desire within me to improve myself and train seriously.
I now have two months to go before training in the Red Sea, the point is not to lose focus - but to train more smart. In order to ultimately cut down on training and intensity two weeks before departure.
